The problem this solves

What happens

  1. Choose the job. A half-day workshop ranks candidate tasks by value, data readiness, and risk.
  2. Define done. We write the success criteria and assemble a set of historical cases to test against.
  3. Build. The agent is built with access to exactly the tools it needs and nothing more.
  4. Prove. It runs against the historical set, then in shadow mode on live work.
  5. Release. Supervised production, then review by exception as accuracy holds.

After the starter

You leave with an agent in production, a measured accuracy figure, and a written standard for proposing the next one.
