What we are here to do
Most businesses run on systems that were never designed for them: a vendor platform bent out of shape, a spreadsheet that became the database, an integration held together by someone's memory. We started Wande Technology Company to build the alternative: systems designed around how a business actually works, and AI applied where it changes the economics of the work rather than where it makes a good demo.
How we think about it
Fit over features. The right system is the one your team uses without being told to. We start from the process and the people, not from a product list.
Production over pilots. Anything we build is meant to run for years. That means access control, logging, documentation, and handover are part of the first release.
Plain language. Scope, progress, and problems are written down in words a business owner can read. If we cannot explain what we are building, we are not ready to build it.
Honest advice. Sometimes the right answer is to not build, to buy, or to wait. We will say so.
