Who we are
Wande Technology Company ("Wande", "we") is a Texas C corporation with its principal office at 11711 Bedford Street, Ste 6, Houston, TX. This policy covers wande.tech and its subdomains.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you use the contact form or book a call, we collect the name, email address, company, phone number, and message you provide, along with the page you submitted from.
Information collected automatically. We collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time of request) to operate and secure the site.
Campaign information. If you arrive from a link with campaign parameters, we store those parameters in a first-party cookie for 30 days so we know which campaign a later inquiry came from.
How we use it
We use the information you give us to respond to your inquiry, to schedule and hold meetings you request, and to keep records of business conversations. We use log data to keep the site working and secure. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run the site and handle inquiries: hosting, database, email delivery, and scheduling providers. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that form submissions come from a person rather than a bot; when you submit a form, your IP address and a challenge token are sent to Cloudflare for that check. Each provider acts on our instructions and only for the purposes above. We disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept for as long as we have a business relationship with you or a reasonable prospect of one, and then deleted. Server logs are kept for 90 days.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@wande.tech. We respond within 30 days.
Changes
We will post changes here and update the date above. Material changes will be noted on the home page for 30 days.
