How an engagement runs
Every enterprise systems project starts with a discovery phase that maps the current systems, the data that moves between them, and the people who depend on each one. We write that map down and agree on it before anything is built. Build work then runs in short increments against a fixed scope, with a working system in your hands at the end of each one.
