What we do
AI transformation is the work of moving a business from experiments to production use of AI in its core processes. We run it as a program with a defined scope: the processes in play, the systems they touch, and the outcomes that will be measured.
How an engagement runs
We start with an assessment that walks each candidate process and scores it on value, data readiness, and risk. From that we agree a first wave of two or three processes. Each one is built, measured against its baseline, and either scaled or stopped. The program ends with your team running the systems and a written standard for how new AI work is proposed and approved.
What you get

What we do not do
We do not sell a model, a platform, or a seat license. We choose the model and tooling that fit the job and change them when something better arrives.
